While it feels very odd compiling a Christmas gift guide sitting underneath the trees in Sri Lanka, I can’t help but look forward to the festivities waiting at home. Although I am normally THE biggest shopper of Black Friday (yep, I even prepare the links beforehand like a die hard consumer!), this year it was nice to be away from it all. Don’t get me wrong, I bought a cooker and most of our new bathroom furniture but this year I’m going to do Christmas shopping calmly and thoughtfully. No, really, I will try! Buying a long list of presents can be overwhelming and the pressure to find the right one can be too much stress on top of everything else we need to prepare for.
I’ve never done a Christmas gift guide before but while I was hunting through the endless websites for my own friends and family, I started putting together virtual gifts of things they might like. This then escalated to things that perhaps you might like for your nearest and dearest. So, I’ve hunted around and found some gems to inspire you to find the perfect Christmas gift.
