Is it me or are the Spring/Summer collections better than ever this year? Aside from the typical florals (which are particularly graphic this year), brands are rolling out abstract prints and glassy watercolours worthy of a Monet masterpiece. Although there are certain aspects of the collections we always expect to see for the warmer months such as pastels, lace, white and tassels this year there has been some serious upgrades as sorbets replace pastels, crochet replaces lace and although the tassels are still there they’re in neon hues, electric blues and plaited seamlessly. I don’t know about you but I’m working my way into a real financial situation with these new additions. But at least I won’t look like I’m broke!
