Wow, what a week it’s been! In between looming deadlines and celebrity photoshoots for the magazine, I also went to Be: Fit on Friday to see what’s new in the health and fitness industry. After eating my way around and buying way too much coconut oil, I sat in on talks by the fantastic nutritionist and author of Get The Glow, Madeline Shaw and Vogue’s Contributing Editor and all-round wellness guru, Calgary Avansino. Although a lot of what they said I already knew, it was inspirational to hear their thoughts on health and it gave me a kick up the bum to embrace wellness into my everyday life.
