THREE FODDS FOR LONGER HAIR

Snacking Whether you’re regretting that new Lob or simply want longer tresses, there’s nothing more frustrating than just…waiting. Although there’s no magical potion to give you Rapunzel locks, you can include these three things in your diet to give hair a fighting chance.

1. Leafy Greens
The answer to most beauty and health ailments, this one’s a no-brainer. Packed full of biotin, and B vitamins, foods like kale, spinach, cabbage and Swiss chard should be top of your shopping lists if you want healthy hair, skin and nails.

2. Salmon and Halibut.
Rich in omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin D, salmon is a great source of protein (which is what your hair’s made up of) and should be a staple in your diet. As for halibut, it’s known for being a “brain food,” and also contains large amounts of natural biotin.

3. Walnuts and Almonds.
Snacking on nuts is one of the easiest and healthiest ways to up your good fats and those all-important biotin levels. Rich in vitamin E, which helps to protect your cells from damage, walnuts in particular contain copper which helps to keep hair colour rich and healthy.
