With every supermodel and celebrity worth their salt putting their honed physique down to yoga, the fitness activity has gained some serious credit over the last few years, and with good reason! I take a class once a week which combines Pilates, yoga and tai-chi and it’s the perfect way to stretch out my body and use muscles I don’t use whilst running or gymming throughout the week.
