It’s no secret that if Kate Moss’s name is associated with a product, it’s going to be an instant sell-out. Thanks to her style icon status, Creative Director of Gucci, Frida Giannini has enlisted Moss to front the latest campaign for their new Jackie bag. Inspired by the ever-elegant Jackie Onassis the new piece features buttery soft leather, cross-body strap and tassles as a nod to the first lady’s classic taste. To celebrate the collaboration, Moss has starred in a short video where we see her running through the streets of Rome, chased by the paparazzi and clutching her Jackie.
“I have always admired Kate – she is an icon of today,” said Giannini. “A trendsetter, an independent woman and absolutely contemporary. She embodies my Fall-Winter collection as a sophisticated woman who dresses to please herself rather than others.”
