When interviewing celebrities, two of the very first questions I ask them is what they do to keep in shape and what a typical day’s menu looks like. Not only because I work for a health and fitness title, but also because I’m really nosey and want to know how they obtain such beautiful physiques in the hope that they’ll disclose a miracle move or a secret ingredient. So, when I heard that Jennifer Aniston had shared the details of her fitness and diet regime on Instagram, I literally couldn’t have logged on quick enough!
Known for her strong, athletic form, golden Californian skin and, let’s face it, she looks smoking hot for a 20-year-old let alone a 46-year-old (46?!!), Jennifer took over her company, Living Proof’s account for the day to give an insight into her daily routine. We now know that breakfast of choice is toast topped with a poached egg served with tomatoes and sliced avocado and lunch is a salad made up of bulgar wheat, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, and pistachios. Delish! As an advocate of yoga and running, Jen also showed that she loves nothing more than a little weight work with her dog Dolly, before collecting eggs from her own backyard chickens. A wholesome goddess through and through!
