What a year! And with the madness of cyber week now coming to an end, I thought I’d share my hand-picked must-haves from John Lewis’ wellness department that I use to balance my body and feel my very best. Because, who doesn’t want that?

I burn a candle every night and this one is reserved especially for bath time. The lavender instantly makes me feel more relaxed and it lasts a really long time.
This has been my saving grace during lockdown. This pore-purifying, ultrasonic mist vaporiser emits microscopic steam particles to deeply cleanse the pores, declog the skin and impart a natural, dewy glow.
It’s safe to assume we’re all magnesium deficient and it’s more effective applied topically than in supplement form so this is perfect and leaves my skin so soft. I sleep much better when I’ve used this.
